Teresa is making a difference in the lives of the next generation of disability leaders. In her role as the Manager of NextGen Initiatives at Disability:IN, Teresa works with over 200 college students and recent graduates with disabilities and helps them successfully graduate and launch their careers. Previously, when Teresa worked in the private sector, she worked to ensure there was a pipeline for disabled students into the workforce. In the past year, Teresa launched a new program called Office Hours where college students and recent graduates with disabilities can reach out for 30-minute sessions to discuss their career options and job search. She has met with countless students so far and helped them on their career journey.
