About MoMS Connector Table Gatherings:

Mainstreaming on Main Street (MoMS) conducts Connectors Table gatherings.  These roundtable conversations are structured as learning communities for persons who either engage in or support organizations inclusive of persons with disabilities in professional/skilled settings.   Each Connectors Table participant speaks for themselves and shares from their own experiences. 

A typical MoMS Connector’s Table gathering takes the form:

• Introductions

• Topic overview/primer

• Roundtable conversation

• Share our take-a-ways from the conversation

• Conclusion

Connectors Tables can be conducted as public conversations   or privately within an organization.  Public roundtables allow for a cross-pollination of experiences from a variety of organizational settings.  Private Connectors Tables can supplement or provide the foundation for organizational affinity groups.
