We are thrilled to announce that Diversability is SHE Certified™. Recognized for the high standards to promote gender equality in business, The SHE Mark™ certification marks that Diversability fulfills that at least 50% of the people who run, creatively drive, and own the company are women. 

As a company that is entirely led and run by disabled people, Diversability is female-founded, disability-owned, and Asian-owned. Our team is 100% disabled, 2/3 BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color), and majority women (8/9).

About Diversability LLC: Diversability® is an award-winning community business to elevate disability pride through disability community, visibility, and engaged allyship. Since our founding in 2009 as a campus club by Tiffany Yu, Diversability® has grown its digital ecosystem to over 60,000, hosted over 100 events to move the conversation forward in disability inclusion, and honored 30 disabled leaders annually through the D-30 Disability Impact List.
