Dannie Lynn Fountain (Murphy) is a disability equity strategist, researcher, author, and accessibility leader who works at the intersection of institutional credibility and systemic disruption. With a doctorate in human resources, Dannie has spent their career transforming corporate infrastructure and building accommodation systems that meaningfully support disabled employees. Their work centers the lived experience of disability while advancing practical, sustainable change within institutions. Over the past year, Dannie co-published research on neurodivergent employment transitions, spoke at Google Cloud Next for the third consecutive year on intersectional accessibility, and served as an accessibility consultant for two national conventions. A seven-time published author, Dannie has written for the Harvard Business Review and has been quoted in Forbes, The New York Times, and other major publications. Their work has been recognized through honors including the 2023 NAEA Emerging Leader of the Year Award and the 2022 Google Disability Inclusion & Accessibility Award. Dannie is also a tenured Alphabet Accessibility Academy Professor, bringing research, strategy, and lived experience together to create lasting change.
