Catarina Rivera, MSEd, MPH, CPACC is a dynamic public speaker, DEIA consultant, and content creator. She works with companies to improve disability awareness, inclusion, and accessibility. She also works to make travel more inclusive and accessible. She is a TEDx speaker, Wanderful Bessie Award winner, Entreprenista 100 winner, a Telemundo Mujer Imparable, and a LinkedIn Top Voice in Disability Advocacy. She was a 2024 Webby Awards Nominee for her Instagram @BlindishLatina. As part of Delta Air Lines’ Faces of Travel, her video as a deafblind traveler in Miami received 37 million views! In the past year, she has done over 27 speaking engagements, including the main stage of the WITS Travel Creator Summit, and helped create an Accessibility Champions program at a global company. She smashes disability stigmas, provides representation, and creates better workplace environments for disabled employees. As a disabled Latiné woman, she is passionate about sharing her own unique story to help build a more inclusive world.
