Aditi Gangrade is an Indian neurodivergent filmmaker and entrepreneur and the co-founder of Much Much Spectrum. As Chief Creative Officer, she promotes conversations on neurodiversity, mental health, and disability, using narratives to influence public and institutional discourses. Her mantra "personal stories, community wisdom" guides her work, reaching over five million people globally this past year through impactful social media campaigns. Her achievements include being named the ambassador for autism at Purple Fest '24 in India and her film "Unmasking Autism" screening at Germany's Pride Filmtage Bremen film festival. Her pioneering use of social media for advocacy has significantly benefited the disability community, enhancing awareness and fostering engagement. Her leadership at Much Much Spectrum has also promoted employment for neurodivergent and disabled professionals in media.
