SignAble Communications: Bridging the Communication Gap for the Deaf Community

Rupmani Chhetri is a deaf co-founder who has dedicated herself to breaking communication barriers for deaf individuals. Through the development of a mobile app by her start-up named SignAble Communication, she has helped bring technology to deaf people to access sign language interpreters in real-time. Her commitment to improving the lives of deaf individuals has made it possible for them to communicate freely and feel a sense of belonging in their communities. Through her work at SignAble, she has impacted the lives of many Deaf people as well as interpreters by providing them with jobs as well as training to help in breaking the communication barrier.

Having faced a lot of discrimination, Roopmani stands strong in her determination to fight against it, which gave her an opportunity to volunteer for the UN in Ukraine.
