Autism self-advocate, Founder of Ability Beyond Disabilities

Rachel Barcellona has been working and volunteering to help individuals in the disability community since she was 12. She now has her own non-profit, “Ability Beyond Disabilities” and is known throughout the country and world for her advocacy work for inclusion and diversity.

In the past year, she was the first person with autism to win a state pageant title and compete nationally. She also spoke at the United Nations.
