Joshua Loebner, PhD is a shining example of the power of inclusion and how it can be used to create real change. As Global Head of Inclusive Design at Wunderman Thompson, he is working with some of the biggest brands to embed inclusion within every process and create inspiring work. He leads a roster of disabled co-creators for a truly inclusive creative process. He has a PhD in Disability Representation in Advertising, and is leading the charge to change our industry, and the brands we work with, forever.

He reports directly to Wunderman Thompson’s Global Chief Client Officer to apply inclusive design principles across our largest global clients. He has been partnering with Microsoft’s inclusive design team who are working towards inclusive cognitive training for all our creative teams. In 2023, he joined the editorial board of Advertising & Society Quarterly, produced by the Association of National Advertisers, and founded the ‘CAN DO’ group for better disability representation internally.
