Garrison Redd is a TEDx speaker, para-powerlifter, model, dancer, and advocate for disabled rights. He founded an organization called “The Garrison Redd Project” to provide opportunities for disabled individuals to participate in adaptive sports, such as adaptive climbing, adaptive yoga, hack-a-thons and more. He also mentors disabled youth and is a positive role model who inspires them towards the possibilities for their future education and careers. This last year, he was selected to represent Team USA in Para-Powerlifting and lifted more than 300 pounds in competitions. He also created a video series on disability fitness, where he demonstrates his fitness workouts. Learn more about Garrison’s work.
