Diversability® Joins the 2025 Intuit IDEAS Program
Diversability®, the award-winning, entirely disabled-led and disabled-run social enterprise dedicated to elevating disability pride, power, and leadership, is proud to announce its selection as part of the 2025 Intuit IDEAS Program cohort in Los Angeles.
The Intuit IDEAS Program—representing Invest, Develop, Empower, Accelerate, and Scale—is a year-long business accelerator designed to help small businesses grow with the kind of resources and mentorship often reserved for large corporations.
Over the next 12 months, Diversability will join a nationwide cohort of small business owners to receive executive-level coaching, access to Intuit’s ecosystem of tools (including QuickBooks, Mailchimp, TurboTax, and Credit Karma), and non-dilutive funding to scale sustainably. The program is powered by Intuit, the global technology platform that powers prosperity for millions of customers worldwide.
“As a disability-owned business led by an entirely disabled team, I’m thrilled for Diversability to join the Intuit IDEAS Program,” said Tiffany Yu, CEO and Founder of Diversability. “This opportunity gives us the tools, coaching, and community to strengthen our foundation and grow our impact—continuing our mission to elevate disability pride and leadership on a global scale.”
Through the program’s dual-coaching model, participants receive business strategy guidance from the National Urban League and executive coaching from Zella Life, providing small business owners with the same level of strategic and leadership development support as top CEOs.
Diversability’s participation underscores the organization’s commitment to sustainable growth and to creating opportunities for disabled entrepreneurs to thrive.
