Gábor Luci is a neurodiversity advocate, researcher, and workplace inclusion strategist advancing autism acceptance across Hungary and beyond. While pursuing a doctorate in business administration, he applies cognitive profiling tools and adaptation techniques to promote inclusive employment for autistic people. In 2024, he founded Hungary’s first peer support network for neurodivergent professionals and has since presented his work internationally. Gábor has shown companies the competitive advantage of hiring neurodivergent employees and contributed to policy proposals advancing cognitive diversity in leadership. His advocacy has helped autistic individuals access meaningful jobs and inclusive workplaces. In 2024, he was recognized on autisticprofessor.com’s list of international autistic researchers and became the first foreign recipient of the U.S.-based Temple Grandin Award. He also completed clinical autism research at Harvard Medical School, where he continues to connect research with lived experience to shape more inclusive systems.
