Founder and Director of Give Beauty Wings

Xian Horn is a joyful half-Asian woman with Cerebral Palsy, who serves as founder of the non-profit, Give Beauty Wings. She is an advocate, speaker, and contributor. She has spoken at the U.N. for International Women’s Day, International Day of Persons with Disabilities, and Commission on the Status of Women. Some of her impressionable presentations have taken place at The White House, The Harkin Summit, the ACLU, Microsoft, and Apple. Her recent advocacy includes gathering over 8,000 signatures petitioning to stop the MTA from cutting the same-day travel option for people with disabilities. She coordinated panels with organizations such as Esteé Lauder and L'oreal to further ideas in inclusive beauty, participated as a panelist at the Women in Negotiation Summit, and appeared on a top-rated business podcast to advocate for financial independence for the disability community. She is a board member of the New York City Tech Alliance and served on the advisory board for the AT&T AAPAA Panel from 2018-2022. ​​
