A peach gradient background with navy text has “The D-30 Disability Impact List” at the top centered above “2022 Honoree” which is in between two laurels. The words “Kelsey Lindell she/her/hers United States” is to the left of a picture of Kelsey, which fills the right. Kelsey is a white woman with brown hair and a limb difference wearing a black shirt. At the bottom, “Diversability, #D30DisList.” fills the left corner.

Kelsey Lindell (She/her/hers)

Disability Advocate & DEI consultant

United States

Kelsey is a disability activist who has personally taught me so much about disability and the disabled community. Her day-to-day job includes helping companies include disability in their DEI strategy - something that is usually overlooked. She embraces being disabled and encourages others to do the same. Kelsey constantly talks about intersectionality on her social channels, making sure that others are at the forefront. She recently wrote a blog post on disability during LGBTQIA+ pride, and about the disabled community that exists within the LGBTQIA+ community.

Kelsey has traveled to South Africa, so she can learn how to help disabled children in underdeveloped countries who don't have the same access to health care and social care.

We asked Kelsey if she’d like to add anything else to her accomplishments, she stated: “I’m on a mission to educate 1 million people ableism this year and I’m at 370k so far!”
