This month, young adults will meet Rachel Feinberg, a West Region Blindness Product Specialist at Humanware. She conducts trainings, workshops, and widespread support for all Braille products. She works with students, teachers, and other individuals to help them get the most out of their Braille devices.
Rachel is extremely enthusiastic about Braille and encourages reading in everyday life. She had the exciting opportunity to be a finalist in the National Braille Challenge in Los Angeles in 2004 and 2006. It is safe to say that Braille’s been with her for a while and will continue to stick around for the future.
When not working, Rachel enjoys various hobbies and interests that encompass a wide range of items. From audio recording, to playing bass guitar, music is on the top ten list of things she enjoys. You can also find her reading all the mysteries and thrillers she can get her hands on and cooking new things. If it is chocolate, she is interested!
Come join a lively discussion to learn about Rachel's career path and life journey!
