Leadership assessments are everywhere. The work of a strong leader, however, involves more than what an assessment can highlight - it requires introspection and the ability to communicate about oneself in meaningful ways. This workshop provides an opportunity for deep thinking about one's beliefs and behaviors as a leader and colleague. We take an honest look at areas of growth for each participant, clarify personal values, and develop insights into how others can best work with each participant. Each participant leaves with a tool they can use to communicate the results with members of their team.

Robin Weinick is a former researcher and senior P&L exec turned executive coach, consultant, and facilitator. Why? Because she loves supporting other leaders who are looking to grow their impact. She’s been doing this work for more than 15 years within my own leadership roles. Robin helps purpose-driven leaders and teams work meaningfully to deliver the outcomes that matter. She named her business “Resonant” because like a sound wave, resonant ideas carry further. Resonant teams accomplish more and have happier members.
