Photographer Madison Thorn will be giving a presentation on her Covid-19 based photo series, High Risk Humans. The series, born out of a desperate need to feel seen, heard, and understood during the isolating times of the pandemic, showcases the broad range of individuals that fall into the category that the CDC refers to as the “High Risk”, those with underlying medical issues that are most likely to be killed by Covid-19. Madison will discuss how the series came to be, how it progressed, and how we might be able to utilize the stories she gathered to raise awareness on social issues going forward.
