Intersectionality at Work

How do we design for gender equity in the workplace to support all women—including Trans women, mothers, BIPOC women, disabled women, and others on the margins? How can we leverage an intersectional feminist lens to embody and create equitable policies in the workplace for all?

This fishbowl will surface the diverse stories of mothers at work, disabled women, BIPOC women, and those with multiple marginalized identities to inform how we think about gender equity in the workplace and beyond.
