On Wednesday, June 21st at 7 PM ET, we hosted Diversability Unplugged: Disability & LGBTQIA+ Pride, a panel discussion about the rising anti-LGBGTQIA+ legislation being introduced across the United States, the intersection of ableism and homophobia, Pride month, and lack of access to Pride events.

On May 19, 2023, I attended the most amazingly iconic seminar for chronically ill and disabled people. It was held at the XXVenue, along the East River in Brooklyn, NY. What a Chronically Iconic Day!

UNTRUE STORY: I am not a professional literary critic and therefore wildly unqualified to write a review of this incredibly heavy, but also healing book. BUT TRUTHFULLY: I am a human who has been through her fair share of trauma and who best processes information through writing, therefore I am perfectly qualified and capable of writing this book review.
