Diversability® Named 2025 ADCOLOR Honoree
Diversability®, the award-winning, entirely disabled-led and disabled-run social enterprise dedicated to elevating disability pride, power, and leadership, is proud to announce it has been named a 2025 ADCOLOR Honoree, receiving the ADCOLOR Catalyst Award. This honor recognizes those who use their platform to serve as the voice of a cause or community, educating and inspiring current and future generations across advertising, marketing, media, PR, and entertainment industries.
Founded in 2009 by Tiffany Yu, Diversability has grown from a campus club into a vibrant digital-first community of over 80,000 members worldwide. Through advocacy, strategic partnerships, and cultural programming, Diversability has helped disabled people earn over $130,000 and influenced major brand campaigns and institutional practices.
Diversability’s impactful work includes collaborations with The Campbell’s Company, the LA28 Olympic & Paralympic Games, and the Disability Community Brand Allyship & Engagement report in partnership with cultural insights platform Gauge.
“I’m honored that Diversability has been recognized as an ADCOLOR Catalyst,” said Tiffany Yu, CEO and Founder of Diversability. “This award celebrates our work building disability pride, power, and leadership, showing that disability culture belongs in the room, on the stage, and at the center of creative campaigns.”
The ADCOLOR Awards ceremony will take place on November 14, 2025, at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort in Orlando, Florida.
