UK
Abbie Hills is a talent agent, access coordinator, writer, and actor committed to reshaping the entertainment industry through inclusion. As the founder of The Dazey Hills Company, she represents and uplifts disabled, D/deaf, and neurodivergent creatives across stage and screen. Her work ensures that authentic disability representation isn't just present—but prioritized. In addition to talent representation, Abbie coordinates access on major film and TV sets, helping productions create inclusive and accessible environments. Since mid-2024, she has expanded her agency’s roster, supported access on high-profile projects, spoken on accessibility at the Cannes Film Festival, produced a short film, and participated in an acting intensive for disabled artists in New York. Her impact is both creative and structural, improving working conditions and dismantling industry barriers. Abbie was named Positive Role Model for Disability at the 2021 National Diversity Awards and was a finalist in the same year’s Women of the Future Awards.
