Paul is passionate about disability rights. He motivates and mentors young people with disabilities, does media awareness work and advocacy, contributes to policy formulation and research, and enhances the inclusion of disability into programs.

Paul supported the development of inclusive programs into humanitarian work. 

He also participated in a Kenyan think-tank, which was a National democratic institution think tank for public participation and representation of persons with disabilities.
