Kudakwashe has been involved in numerous advocacy activities. He worked for the implementation of the CRPD in Africa, conducted an awareness-raising campaign on the African disability Protocol, and called for its ratification. He was at the forefront of the development of the Model Disability Law in Africa, contributed to disability programming across all sectors, all spheres of government, and contributed to the disability literature.
In his organization, Kudakwashe works with people with disabilities including women with disabilities. He also works with those without disabilities who can add value to his work. He works with francophones, anglophones, lusophones and always advances inclusion, equality, fairness, and equity.
