Are you a veteran with a mobility impairment and interested participating in exciting sports activities? If so, this retreat is right for you! Camp Resilience has teamed up with Northeast Passage and First Stage Divers to give veterans with mobility impairments the opportunity to learn how to scuba dive and rock climb. All the equipment needed for veterans to participate in these sports will be provided along with instruction in its use and any other assistance needed.

In addition to the sports activities, the retreat will also include workshops focused on wellness, resiliency and proactive living, all of which are designed to give veterans a variety of tools they can use to make their lives better. They will cover such topics as goal setting, relaxation techniques, mindfulness & meditation, healthy eating and financial management.

Lodging, meals and activities are all provided at no cost to the participants, but they must arrange their own transportation to/from Gilford, NH.
