#Trailhead4All: workshop for people with disabilities to learn Salesforce

  • Salesforce 121 Spear Street San Francisco, CA, 94105 United States (map)

Have you heard that Salesforce is now the 7th most in-demand software skill for job seekers? Last year alone over 300,000 new jobs called for Salesforce skills.

Did you also know that the employment rate for adult Americans with disabilities who can and want to work is 27.7%? We're looking to close the disability employment gap with Trailhead4All.

In partnership with the Bay Area Salesforce community, Salesforce, and the California Department of Rehabilitation, we will be hosting a Trailhead4All event in March 2018.

Trailhead, the base of this initiative is an online platform to learn basic Salesforce skills. With Trailhead4All, the goal is to teach in-demand Salesforce skills to diverse populations in our communities, and expose them to careers in technology.

Salesforce.com is one of the leading CRM (customer relationship management) systems that businesses use to manage business relationships and the data and information associated with them.

Join us for a fun day of learning about why companies use Salesforce.com, what job opportunities are available, and get real hands on experience building on the platform (with clicks and not code using Trailhead). Participants do not need to have any previous developer experience.
