Outing: International Day for People with Disabilities Happy Hour

  • Prince Theater 1412 Chestnut Street Philadelphia, PA, 19102 United States (map)

International Day of Persons with Disabilities was started by the United Nations in 1992. Each year on December 3, IDPD elevates the rights of people with disabilities worldwide, sharing awareness on their cultural, economic, political and social lives.

Disability Pride Philadelphia invites you to celebrate your friends, relatives, co-workers, peers—everyone!—together, as a community. Join us for the IDPD Happy Hour on December 3, 2018, at the Prince Theater from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m.

Enjoy a performance of the ON DISPLAY installation, a commentary on the body as spectacle and society's obsession with body image, and the world premiere of the ON DISPLAY GLOBAL film. All are welcome, but registration is required. Limited space, reserve your tickets NOW! Bring your print out to check in desk at Prince Theater on Dec 3rd.
