In April 2018, Supervisor Norman Yee and the Board of Supervisors passed Resolution 102-18 urging the City Administrator Naomi Kelly to create a working group to inform future legislation on emerging technologies. The working group’s objectives for this public-private discussion are to: Develop recommendations, evaluate impact, and improve dialogue.
